RETURN POLICY: PROCEDURES AND TERMS TO KNOW

If you are not satisfied with the item you purchased or wish to exchange it for a different color or size, you can request a replacement within 10 days of purchase. Alternatively, for orders placed online (excluding those with in-store pickup), you can request a refund within 14 days of receiving the product by logging into your account page.

To proceed with a return, you must:

  • Present the receipt.
  • Return the item in its original packaging.
  • For online orders, a €9.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Please note:

  • Worn items cannot be exchanged.
  • Items on sale are not eligible for returns or refunds due to size restrictions and expiring promotions.
